By mistaken One of the User has moved Inbox mails to Public Folder instead of PST file


In my company one user moved mails from Inbox to Public Folder instead of PST file by mistaken. I have logged into the Web Access & tried to delete the mails but I was getting below error




I was worried about the issue.

I found below permissions set on Public Folder in below screen shot;
Steps to get below window: Start Public Folder Management Console & right click on Internet Newsgroups & select Permissions Tab. I found Anonymous below options. I had given rights to one of the Admin account with Full Rights.




After that I have logged into the Web App & I am able to delete all the mails from Public Folder.

Once I deleted all the mails from Public Folder & I have removed the rights to Anonymous.
